Job Description:- Provide copy services support to administrative and instructional staff members to include production, scheduling, and delivery of completed product in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the completion of bindery services: folding, plastic comb binding, lamination, shrink-wrapping, and padding.
- Serve as support person for the job management software Print Shop Pro.
- Monitor email for incoming work daily.
- Assist with coordination of supplies, inventory items, service calls, and troubleshooting for office copier equipment.
- Assist with general customer service via the telephone, email, and front-counter.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Administrative experience and general knowledge of office procedures.
- Ability to type 25 WPM accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 52 pounds.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
