Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, working in the Cape Coral office.

 What We Need from You:
 Dispatch field service technicians efficiently throughout the workday while balancing customer needs, technician availability, geographic zones, skills, and parts availability.
 Manage a high volume of incoming calls, typically 50-100 calls per day, from customers, vendors, technicians, and other team members.
 Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly, ideally within three rings, while gathering the information needed to determine the appropriate next steps.
 Serve as a primary point of contact between customers, technicians, vendors, and the back office, ensuring clear and timely communication.
 Create and dispatch service calls within 15 minutes of receipt, ensuring nothing remains unassigned.
 Minimize routing errors, recalls, duplicate assignments, and scheduling conflicts.
 Track technician skills, service zones, vehicles, and parts availability to optimize scheduling and assignments.
 Process recalls, follow-ups, schedule adjustments, and other requests to support technicians in the field.
 Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding part availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
 Order stock parts twice per week based on operational needs and inventory levels while maintaining accurate order records.
 Enter new customer profiles and work orders into Davisware with a high level of accuracy.
 Support reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate degree preferred.
 Two or more years of dispatching, customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred.
 Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and leadership.
 Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people throughout the day.
 Strong follow-up skills and the ability to ask questions to gather complete and accurate information.
 Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
 Ability to make quick decisions and adjust schedules in real time.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Experience with Davisware, Samsara, or other dispatch software is preferred but not required.
 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing computer and phone-based work.
 Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and other communication systems.
 Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person throughout the workday.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while managing multiple priorities and frequent interruptions.
 Occasional ability to lift and carry office materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
 BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $18-20 hourly. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
