Project Superintendent – Multifamily
Cape Coral, Florida (Onsite)
$110,000 - $120,000

Excellent opportunity for a Project Superintendent to join a well‑established and growing multifamily developer/builder delivering high‑quality residential communities.
The Role- Ground‑up multifamily residential construction
- Managing daily on‑site operations and subcontractors
- Enforcing safety standards and quality control
- Coordinating schedules and working closely with project management teams
- Electrical Superintendent
- Experience working on multifamily projects
- Hard worker and able to contribute towards a growing team
