Olin Hill Associates Inc. is looking for a friendly and dedicated Personal Lines CSR to join our growing team right here in sunny Cape Coral, Florida! • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.
• Provide information about our insurance products and services.
• Process new business applications and policy endorsements.
• Work closely with producers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
• Property and Casualty licensen is required
