Job Description
Leading provider of Freight Forwarding/Logistics services, LILLY + Associates International, is looking to hire someone for our sales team to work with a fast‑growing company that has its international headquarters in Miami.
LILLY + Associates is seeking bilingual (Spanish) professionals to join our top‑notch team of sales professionals. If you enjoy interacting with the public, talking on the phone, and working diligently to resolve member problems or questions, this is the job for you. As a professional sales representative you will assist customers via telephone, fax, and email, providing them with shipping information and upselling products and services that meet or exceed our members’ needs.

Qualifications- Minimum 1-3 years prior customer service experience required.
- 6 months of call center/telesales experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and meet multiple demands.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve errors.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to recognize needs and/or sell products or services.
- Fully bilingual (English, Spanish).
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, CRM Software.
Education and Experience RequiredHigh school diploma. College degree a strong plus.
