Role OverviewWe are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vacation Booking Specialist. In this position, you will assist clients with arranging leisure travel plans by helping organize reservations and ensuring trip details are handled accurately from the planning stage through confirmation.
This role is a strong fit for individuals who enjoy working with customers, researching travel options, and supporting travelers as they prepare for upcoming vacations. Guided training and continued mentorship are provided to help new team members succeed.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with vacation reservations such as hotels, cruises, flights, and activities
- Research destination options based on traveler interests and preferences
- Provide helpful suggestions to support trip planning decisions
- Communicate with clients using email, messaging platforms, and phone when needed
- Coordinate booking details with approved travel suppliers
- Stay informed about travel promotions and limited-time offers
- Maintain accurate reservation information within internal tracking systems
- Provide support to clients before departure to ensure details remain up to date
- Interest in supporting leisure travel planning activities
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills
- Organized approach to managing multiple requests
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
- Basic computer and internet research familiarity
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain or another qualifying region
