What We Need from You:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls professionally and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Dispatch technicians efficiently and coordinate service calls to maximize scheduling and response times.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate work orders and customer records in company systems.
  • Monitor technician schedules and proactively adjust dispatches as needed.
  • Communicate service updates between customers, technicians, and office staff.
  • Support Operations, Accounting, and Management with administrative projects and daily office functions.
  • Maintain shared inboxes, prepare customer correspondence, and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Cross-train in multiple office functions and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of dispatching, customer service, administrative, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with ECI Vision is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems, including ECI Vision and Samsara.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
  • Occasionally lift and carry office materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while managing multiple priorities.

BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The pay range for this position is $18-20/hr and is based on several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
