As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our front office operates smoothly and efficiently. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with children and families, we'd love to hear from you!

• Monday – Friday.
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a dental, medical, or professional office preferred.
• Call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred.

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A warm, professional, and compassionate attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced office.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel between office locations as needed.
