Kia of Cape Coral is hiring for Business Development Center Representatives to support our Service Department in a fast-paced call center environment. You will answer inbound calls, set service appointments, and perform outbound follow-ups on recent services.
Ideal candidates have automotive BDC experience and are comfortable with high-volume outbound calls. 5-day weeks with Saturdays and some Sundays are required, not a remote role. EOE/DFWP and Know Your Rights notices are provided.
