Our company provides a white glove service so attention to every detail is a must. Our office is in Dunedin and the majority of our customers are located throughout Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties.

• Be the first friendly point of contact, setting appointments and answering questions about our services.
• Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads.
• Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs.
• Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop.
• Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.

• A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything running smoothly.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!).
• You are a professional:
  You keep your desk neat, clean, and organized so everything’s handy and ready for use.
• You’ll learn our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating.
• Dress code is business casual.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Someone who brings positivity and enjoys working on a friendly, supportive team.

$18-$25/hr after probation, with regular performance-based increases.
