Front Desk Receptionist – American Pediatric Dental Group

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to manage all front office responsibilities. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, parents, and guardians, ensuring a positive, welcoming, and efficient experience from start to finish.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused professional with a caring personality. The ideal candidate will have call center experience and be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a dental, medical, or professional office setting with direct customer service preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-driven with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
