Ensure pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed and inform members when products are unavailable;
Conduct safety sweeps and maintain facility safety according to company policies;
Assist members with purchasing decisions, process transactions at cash registers, and help locate and organize merchandise;
Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items;
Promote products and services and help resolve member issues and concerns.
