General Dentist

Sage Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnostics, restorative and preventive treatments, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. You'll collaborate closely with hygienists and support staff, leveraging advanced technology to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and basic endodontic procedures
• Develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize prevention, long term oral health, and patient education
• Diagnose and manage common dental conditions using digital radiography and other modern diagnostic tools
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff to deliver coordinated, patient focused care
• Communicate treatment options, risks, and benefits clearly to patients, ensuring informed consent and high satisfaction
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the practice management/EHR system
• Adhere to all infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols in alignment with clinical and regulatory standards
• Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives with the Sage Dental team
• Stay current with advances in general dentistry techniques, technology, and materials through continuing education
• Contribute to a supportive, team oriented culture that reflects Sage Dental's focus on collaboration and patient care
