Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to foster cognitive and emotional growth.

* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for two-year-olds.

* Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Requirements:

* Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

* Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

* Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
