Meet Destiny Worship Center and the Navarre Campus
Destiny Worship Center is a multi-campus church with six locations across the Florida Panhandle. Our Navarre campus is our newest campus launched in December, 2024 and averages 1,800 in weekly attendance. We’re focused on reaching our community through life‑giving worship services, engaging teaching, a strong culture of connection, service and discipleship.
We are currently looking to add a Youth Pastor to oversee our Student Ministries and their staff teams at our Navarre Campus, a fast growing, large campus of Destiny Worship Center.

About the RoleThe Youth Pastor will lead and oversee all aspects of Student Ministry at the Navarre Campus, serving the Middle and High School students in a hands on leadership role. In addition, this pastor will lead the staff members that are responsible for the success of our Pre‑K (Babies‑5 years old) and Destiny Kids (k‑5th grade) ministries. Our Student ministries and their goals are accomplished through weekly events, spiritual development, serving and connection.
The hired candidate will also lead in the development of our young adult ministry, building a bridge from connected High School student to connected Adult.
- Provide leadership, oversight and vision to volunteers who make up the Destiny Youth Team
- Provide leadership, oversight and vision to the staff members who make up the rest of the student ministries department
- Provide administrative oversight and execution to the systems involved in managing the Student Ministry
- Crafting and Delivering Bible‑rich sermons to Middle and High School Students
- Helping students and volunteers take their next step toward spiritual growth and connection
- Developing and overseeing a leadership structure that equips others in their calling
- Leading regular trainings and team development events
- Work alongside a dedicated Campus Pastor, a regional support team, and a large volunteer team. You’ll also be a co‑worker alongside ministry leaders that are each aiming for health in all areas of our church
- Bridging the gap between high school graduates and young adults in church and spiritual connection
- Lead our “Destiny Youth” student ministry weekly gathering
- Wednesday Nights from 6:30‑8:00pm
- Average Wednesday Night “Motion” Attendance is 230 students
- Calendared Events like Youth Freedom (Which closes a Youth Small Group Semester), Motion Experience (High School Camp) and others as scheduled
- Young Adults:
Regular Small Group Gatherings - Sunday Mornings:
Implement a Destiny Youth Presence designed to raise connection between Wednesday Youth students and Sunday Services
- Collaborate with Campus Pastor to connect with and support the needs of local schools
- You’ve led on a church staff in a church of 1000+ weekly attendance
- You’ve led a youth ministry of over 100+ students in attendance
- You live by Biblical Standards
- You’re more excited about a winning team than you are about a big crowd
- You’re self‑motivated, detailed, teachable, love to over communicate, and are a great team player
- You genuinely believe in godly community

- Most work weeks are between 32‑36 hour workweeks (yes, really)
