Salary: $53,135 – $55,640 per year

Under the general supervision of the Principal or designated supervisor, the Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing instructional lessons for elementary students in accordance with federal and state laws, as well as Charter School Authority guidelines. The position supports the effective operation of the school by coordinating and communicating with administrators, instructional and support staff, parents, and students. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, with periodic supervision or review.

Background Screening Requirement:
Florida law requires all school personnel to undergo a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Department of Education’s Background Screening Clearinghouse. • Guide elementary students toward achieving their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social potential in a safe, inclusive, and efficient learning environment aligned with the goals of the school.
• Plan and deliver instruction, individually or cooperatively, that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of all students.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of department or grade‑level curriculum goals and instructional objectives.
• Establish a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students, fostering a culture of curiosity, participation, and mutual respect.
• Align instruction with curriculum goals by setting and clearly communicating objectives for lessons, units, and projects.
