• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for children.
• Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Facilitate engaging activities that encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Familiarity with state licensing regulations and standards.
