CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Teen Outreach Program Facilitator to create a supportive classroom environment and deliver the TOP curriculum with fidelity. The role focuses on implementing high-quality clubs, maintaining partnerships with TOP Clubs, and coordinating with host sites to support youth development.
Ideal candidates hold an associate degree (bachelor preferred) and have at least three years of youth experience, with flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.
