• Modify, update, create, and develop weld‑related manufacturing work instructions.
• Determine build sequences, select or design required tools, and resolve production issues during the assembly of mechanical components and systems.
• Investigate design/manufacturing considerations, such as equipment availability, manufacturability, and ease of assembly.
• Develop and maintain all assembly documentation and troubleshoot/correct anomalies and discrepancies in hardware.
• Conduct producibility reviews on engineering designs and drawings to evaluate manufacturability and material availability.
• Provide technical support and oversight to production personnel in an ISO class 7 cleanroom environment.
• Regularly interface with program personnel and communicate project status to leadership.
• Be available to adjust schedules to accommodate off‑shifts and weekend activities as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of production manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Ability to support evening shifts.
• Experience with engineering drawings review.
• Strong communication skills, including technical writing.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Fluids Systems Integration experience.
• Familiarity with Engineering Change Management.
• Experience with SAP (VE CAMS/APRISO) or similar software for generating manufacturing work instructions and product structures.
• Intermediate experience in large volume component installations and as a floor liaison.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and CNC.
• Experience with tooling fixtures design.
• Familiarity with configuration management practices and CAD/CAM software such as Creo Parametric, Creo View, or Solidworks.
