ROLE SNAPSHOT

On-site, Full-Time - Purpose:
Support customers in achieving their health and wellness goals through education, guidance, and exceptional service.

- Answer product and service questions across phone, chat, email, mail, and video channels.
- Educate customers on healthy lifestyle practices including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
- Provide encouragement and practical strategies to support sustainable lifestyle change.
- Collaborate with Senior Health Coaches and direct customers for advanced guidance when appropriate.
- Place orders and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Resolve complaints efficiently, ensuring full resolution and follow-up.
- Meet sales goals through thoughtful product recommendations and cross-selling.
- Document interactions and communicate issues to supervisors or management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- 2+ years supporting individuals in healthy lifestyle management (nutrition, exercise, wellness).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer service software.
- Experience using health tracking or telehealth platforms.
- Demonstrated motivational or counseling experience.

This role requires balancing empathy with efficiency. You'll handle high volumes of interactions while staying patient, focused, and detail-oriented throughout your shift.

The pay for this position is $18.50 per hour. Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
