Summary
The Manager Finance position, remote/hybrid in the South Florida area, is responsible for the analytical review of all finance and accounting support functions for FMS maintenance and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis. The role reports to the Group Director FMS Finance and supports the COO span of control.
Responsibilities- Analytical review and corrective action: review financial and operational results, compare actual results to contract, plan, and forecast, and act as financial advisor to General Managers and teams.
- Financial coordination of contracts: negotiations, new account startup, match financial risks and rewards, establish cost controls, billing procedures, and customer reporting processes.
- Financial reporting: ensure financial integrity of location results and coordinate between headquarters and field.
- Planning: monthly forecasting and annual planning.
- Additional duties: perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) (required).
- Preferred: 7+ years managing finance and accounting, including inventory management and control, financial analysis and planning, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.
- Functional knowledge of the WMS system relevant to the location (intermediate).
- Working understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes relevant to the location (intermediate).
- Advanced computer/spreadsheet knowledge (Excel).
- No travel required.
Salary: $ – $ per year (salaried). Eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan.
