Winter Garden, Florida, United States.

Hours:

40 per week. Pay: $25.75 - $38.50 USD per hour.

Premier Banker serves as the primary contact for a complex client portfolio of mass affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationship and ensuring all financial needs are met through proactive outreach, consultative sales, and collaboration with internal partners.

• Grow, deepen, and retain strong relationships with a mass affluent book of business by proactively managing and addressing banking needs with an advice‑based approach.
• Demonstrate proficiency and in‑depth knowledge in banking and credit products to fluently explain solutions and act as a liaison with partners.
• Acquire, retain, and deepen relationships by converting referrals, leads, and outbound prospecting.
• Proactively engage clients via phone, email, appointments, and other means; conduct needs‑based conversations, review financial information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Deliver excellent client service, review moderately complex concerns, and appropriately escalates issues or risks.
• Adhere to all relevant Retail/Wealth policies, procedures, FINRA and regulatory banking requirements.
• Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake, maintaining active NMLS registration.
• Collaborate with partners such as Wealth Financial Advisors and other internal teams to deepen relationships.
• Provide coaching and feedback to bank staff on articulating the program’s value and making Premier referrals.
• Implement TD’s client Identification Program (CIP) and perform due‑diligence as per AML procedures.

• High school diploma or GED (required); bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years financial/banking experience.
• Successful completion of the Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) strongly preferred.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Experience with retail and small business banking, and with mass affluent/high net worth clients.
• Active NMLS registration upon hire.
• Consultative sales experience required.
• Understand regulations, TD Bank & TD Wealth policies, and AML procedures.
