F&I Clerk Responsibilities Prepare financing documentation and related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency

Obtain customer credit applications and submit them to lenders for approval

Maintain organized filing and record systems for finance transactions

Complete required reports and documentation for compliance and tracking

Provide administrative support to the Finance Department Assist customers with questions and ensure a smooth financing process

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Typing proficiency with attention to detail when entering data Ability to perform basic math calculations

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, dealership systems a plus)
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
