Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical and operational workflows across the SNF division, ensuring efficient provider support, patient coverage, and office operations. The Director of Operations manages patient assignments, rounding and call schedules, night call coordination, and facility credentialing to support continuous, high-quality care delivery.
In addition, this position provides operational oversight of the home visit program and daily office operations, ensuring alignment between field‑based care, administrative functions, and organizational goals. By monitoring productivity against budget targets and supporting system integrity across clinical platforms, this role drives operational efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth while maintaining quality care standards.
Key Responsibilities Operational Coordination- Manage patient assignments to ensure balanced distribution among providers, medical assistants, and care coordinators.
- Develop and maintain weekly rounding schedules and day call coverage to optimize provider workload and facility coverage.
- Create and manage night call schedules to ensure consistent 24/7 provider coverage across all facilities.
- Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure timely communication, task completion, and issue resolution across teams.
- Provide operational oversight of the home visit program, ensuring efficient scheduling, provider coverage, and coordination with office‑based teams.
- Monitor workflow execution, documentation processes, and operational performance related to home visits.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, patient access, and integration between home visit and SNF operations.
- Oversee daily office operations supporting the SNF and home visit teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate administrative workflows, staffing support, and process adherence to maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Serve as an escalation point for operational issues impacting providers, staff, or facilities.
- Coordinate and maintain facility credentialing for all providers, ensuring compliance with payer, regulatory, and facility requirements.
- Track expirations, renewals, and onboarding requirements to maintain uninterrupted provider coverage.
- Provide operational and technical support for Aarista and Rcopia systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors as needed.
- Track and analyze provider productivity to support budget management and performance goals.
- Partner with leadership to identify operational efficiencies, capacity optimization, and growth opportunities.
