My client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical organization, who are seeking a Medical & Scientific Editor to support the creation and refinement of engineering, scientific, regulatory, and clinical documentation for a rapidly growing pharmaceutical organization.
This is a hands‑on role for a strong writer who can produce clear, accurate, and well‑structured technical content.
The ideal candidate has a strong English or writing background, extensive experience working with technical material, and exceptional attention to detail.
What You’ll Do- Draft and edit scientific, technical, regulatory, and clinical documents
- Write first drafts based on input from scientific and engineering teams
- Edit and refine existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Ensure documents meet internal quality standards and regulatory expectations
- Collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, and leadership
- Manage multiple documents and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a closely related field (required)
- 5+ years of experience in:
Scientific or technical writing + Medical, regulatory, or clinical documentation - Exceptional written communication and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to understand and translate complex scientific or technical concepts
- Comfortable working independently and driving work to completion
