Master Data​/Systems Manager

At Bones Coffee Company, we are brewing bold ideas and big growth in the CPG and eCommerce space. We are adding to our team and seeking an experience, detail oriented Master Data Manager who will also be responsible for Systems Support
. This position will be a key player in managing and supporting the critical data and systems that keep our business running smoothly.

Manage and maintain master data across Net Suite and Shopify including items, customers, vendors, pricing, and locations.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and system synchronization.
• Support data audits, reporting, bulk uploads, and data cleanup activities.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve data and system issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Celigo integrations between Net Suite, Shopify, and connected systems.
• Resolve routine integration issues and document processes, workflows, and support procedures.

• 3-5 years of systems support, ERP, or data management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CSV files, and business systems.
• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively with non-technical teams.

• Food & beverage, retail, or eCommerce industries
• Exposure to APIs, SQL, JSON, or scripting tools
