We are seeking motivated and experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Functional Consultants to join our growing team. You will work with clients to implement, optimize, and support Oracle Cloud OTM solutions that drive operational excellence in transportation and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end OTM Cloud implementation projects.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and document business processes.
- Design functional solutions in Oracle OTM Cloud based on client requirements.
- Configure OTM modules (Order Management, Freight Payment, Planning, Execution, etc.).
- Develop functional specifications for integrations, customizations, and reports.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (integration, development, data migration).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement consulting.
- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and recommend relevant changes.
- Manage client communications, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Mentor junior consultants (for Senior and Lead levels).
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle OTM (Cloud preferred; on-premise acceptable).
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Transportation Management (OTM) is a plus.
- Familiarity with OTM integration tools (REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Solid understanding of transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.
- Experience configuring core OTM modules like:
- Order Release Management
- Shipment Planning & Execution
- Freight Payment, Billing, and Settlement
- Rate Management
- Business Process Automation (Agents)
- Strong functional documentation, testing, and training skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
- Knowledge of logistics industry practices and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
