• Provide excellent customer service and communication
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
• Develop ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients
• Serve as a point of contact for customers
• Complete necessary administrative paperwork
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure project requirements and client expectations are met
• Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff

• Valid driver's license with good driving record and be insurable
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of job-related work experience
• Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule
• Basic computer and software skills are needed
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
