• Maintain the cleanliness of all areas within the apartment communities within designated time frames.
• Perform regular upkeep tasks, including pressure washing and leaf blowing.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance resident satisfaction.
• Create daily task lists and accurately record all serviced areas.
• Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
• Report shortages, damages, or security concerns promptly.
• Handle resident complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
• Monitor and replenish consumable stock levels as needed.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

• Proven experience in a similar role.
