Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join Crossings at Cape Coral, a 168-unit apartment community in Cape Coral, FL. You will lead the maintenance team and oversee upkeep to ensure a great living experience for residents.
Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and supervising site staff. A valid driver's license, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, and EPA/HVAC familiarity are preferred.
