Regional Director of Operations

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Director of Operations located in Cape Coral, FL, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage and support teams, develop and monitor budgets, and ensure efficient use of resources. They will lead business operations, implement strategies for growth, improve operational processes, and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring high standards of customer service.

The role requires collaboration with various departments and consistent performance evaluation to ensure organizational goals are met.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning
• Experience in Team Management with a focus on collaboration and leadership
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
• Experience in the mechanical, construction, or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
