The Team Lead is responsible for supporting the Management Team by demonstrating Sealing behavior, Floor Leader ship, and promoting a Positive Work environment.

• As a substitute Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed
• Support business operations and policy procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues involving customer relations.
• Oversee and monitor methods of loss prevention, including the protection of company assets.
• Assist with training and development of new sales associates.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a high level of integrity
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency using personal computer and company communication tools, such as e-mail, Internet, and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook)

Ability to consistently lift 10-35 lbs; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs
