Our Domino’s Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business, responsible for every aspect of store operations. They lead their team, maintain high standards for customer service and product quality, and ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations during each shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Maintain store cleanliness, image, and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Meet attendance, punctuality, and transportation requirements.
• Support store profitability initiatives and marketing efforts.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Prior management experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while multitasking.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision‑making skills.
