Einstein Bros. Bagels in Florida is seeking District Shift Leaders as part of a targeted General Manager development plan. You will manage daily store operations at a home location and assist other bakeries in the market as needed, traveling to gain experience and lead teams.
The role requires leadership experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and must be able to work early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Serv Safe Certification must be completed by plan end.
