ROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe General Manager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventory tracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store.
This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliance while deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.
- Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
- Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations
- Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
- Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
- Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions
- Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
- and retail processes
- Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
- Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
- Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
- Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management
- High School Diploma required
- Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
- Musthavepriorcashhandlingexperience
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; abilitytoupholda strictlevelof confidentiality and discretion
- Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members,operateelectronicequipment(computer, scanner, printer, etc.),comprehendsafetyprocedures,andutilizetelecommunicationdevices
