Orbital Corporation is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Wiring Harness Assembler to join our growing team in Zephyrhills, FL. This is a hands-on role where your precision and craftsmanship directly contribute to the quality and performance of our products. • Assemble wiring harnesses and cable assemblies according to engineering drawings and work instructions
• Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires to specified lengths and configurations
• Solder connections and install connectors, terminals, and other components
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, continuity, and compliance with specifications
• Use hand tools, crimping tools, and test equipment to complete assemblies
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company standards

• Prior experience in wiring harness assembly, cable assembly, or electrical manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
