We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of creative thinking, analytical skills, and marketing expertise to help us execute and drive successful marketing campaigns for our clients. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, from strategizing and planning to execution and analysis.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve client objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including content, social media campaigns, and advertisements
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Track and report on key performance metrics to monitor the success of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries
• Support new business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and pitches

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Solid understanding of various marketing channels and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive innovative marketing ideas and solutions
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools is a plus
• Experience working with diverse clients and industries is preferred
• A passion for marketing and a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

Salary: $98,000-$113,000 per year
