Solaris Health Care Lake Zephyr is expanding our team and currently hiring LPNs for the current shifts:

Shifts Available:

• Part-Time: 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A
• Full-Time: 3P-11P, 11P-7A

Monday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job

Responsibilities include:

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• LPN licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years prior nursing experience preferred
