Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established neonatology practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This role offers a supportive, collaborative environment and exceptional Gulf Coast lifestyle.
Position Highlights- Provide attending coverage at Cape Coral Hospital, a Level I low‑risk delivery service
- Daily newborn nursery rounding and delivery attendance responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling with 32‑hour work week
- Supported by a robust team of 10 neonatologists and 10 neonatal nurse practitioners at Golisano Children’s Hospital
- Hospital affiliated with state‑of‑the‑art, 70‑bed Level III NICU
- Ideal candidates have strong prior experience in a newborn nursery
- Community hospital within the Lee Health System
- Single‑room maternity care model, allowing families to remain in one suite throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
