Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Accurately administer medications and educate patients on their medication regimen.
- Implement prescribed treatments, such as IV therapy and catheter care.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, prevention, and self‑care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
- Offer emotional support and compassion to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
