Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator

Lee Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Navigator for a nursing job in Bonita Springs, Florida.

The successful candidate will have the ability to provide direct patient care, coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans, and act as a liaison between patients, families, and the health care team. The role requires excellent clinical judgement, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $35.04 - $47.30 / hour

Hiring Incentive: $7,500 sign-on bonus for OCN certification, plus paid annual OCN membership fees

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN). Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification.
• Membership in professional or academic organizations desired.
• Basic computer skills in MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
