Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Verify maintenance and overhaul activities comply with approved data.
- Inspect engine components for serviceability.
- Review maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform conformity inspections.
- Verify compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements.
- Assist with borescope inspections and engine condition evaluations.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and release documentation.
- Support FAA audits and customer audits.
- Assist with continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- FAA A&P Certificate or Repairman Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of turbine engines inspection, repair and overhaul experience.
- FAA Part 145 repair station experience.
- Strong knowledge of OEM manuals.
- Strong knowledge of FAA Regulation.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Experience
- GE CF34-3 and CFM
56-7 experience - Borescope inspection experience
- Engine teardown inspections
- NDT coordination or performing experience
