Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience;
Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, that promotions are executed, and that Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service;
Ensure restaurant delivers high-quality food, safe, and that food cost is controlled, and that kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize staff
