JOB SUMMARYThe Wellness Advisor at Sunnyside
* will advise customers (recreational, medicinal and caregivers) in selecting appropriate cannabis products and act as an ambassador of the company’s mission. You will use customer service, product knowledge, and compliance with state regulations to ensure a best-in-class experience. Wellness Advisors manage the customer lifecycle from check-in through consultation, order fulfillment to checkout, with compliance at the forefront of all tasks.

Our dispensaries are typically open 7 days a week, with flexibility to work across opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Part-time schedules are 15-25 hours per week, typically centered around peak hours.

- Educate customers on cannabis products and their effects to aid selection
- Apply selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets
- Verify proper documentation and IDs
- Ensure accuracy of orders dispensed in a timely fashion
- Label and package customer orders
- Perform accurate cash handling in the POS following SOPs
- Maintain records of dispensary activities in line with state regulations and company standards
- Perform routine inventory counts and ensure stock is organized and compliant
- Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and displays
- Ensure store security and safety compliance per SOPs
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment
- Escalate employee or customer issues to management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred
- Flexibility to work shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service and ability to engage with customers
- Ability to learn and apply technical and product information in a professional consultative manner
- Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance)
Cresco Labs offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, FSA/HSA, LTD/STD, life insurance and AD&D. Paid holidays and PTO, plus potential discretionary bonuses, stock options and employee discounts. Benefits eligibility varies by role, location and employment type.
Pay Range: $16 - $16 USD.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
