Retail & Tour Sales Position

Wicked Dolphin is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Retail and Tasting Room Associate to assist our retail store and tasting room operations. This key role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, overseeing product sales and inventory, and creating a welcoming environment that highlights our craft spirits. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for craft distilling and hospitality, capable of inspiring staff and engaging visitors.

Daily operations of the retail store and tasting room, ensuring smooth and welcoming service experiences for all guests.

Deliver engaging and informative tastings and tours, creating memorable experiences for visitors. Address guest questions and provide excellent service to foster repeat visits and positive reviews. Drive sales by promoting products and distillery offerings. Achieve sales targets through effective upselling and customer engagement. Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate product replenishments. Design attractive displays that highlight our products and brand story.

Handle daily administrative duties, including cash handling and reporting. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or tasting room environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Passion for craft spirits and storytelling ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
