- Make important decisions about produce quality, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness.
- Provide exceptional customer service—greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and supporting the member’s shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area; receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
- Manage inventory to prevent out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
- Operate cross‑functional teams, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and improvement opportunities.
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support product quality decisions.
- Lead by example, maintain a positive attitude, and influence team members positively.
- Maintain product safety and sanitation; follow all laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality.
- Drive performance of the area, use inventory management techniques, eliminate waste, and guide peers.
- Advocate for the department and club by modeling high‑quality service and products and exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion.
- Complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Comply with company policies, the Open Door Policy, ethics, and integrity standards.
- Communicate progress and information, recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to change and feedback.

CompensationThe hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
