Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You play a major role in customer experience, serving as the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. You must authenticate a positive attitude, greet and thank each customer, and ensure the store’s appearance meets Walmart standards. The pace can be intense, especially in evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, requiring you to juggle multiple tasks quickly while keeping your area tidy.

Cart and Janitorial responsibilities:

• Ensure customers have a great first and last impression.
• Gather carts from the parking lot.
• Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot into the store.
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
