• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer, cooler, or deli area in accordance with company policies: handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving, stocking, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing audits and required documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink items.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify their needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues and concerns, and promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies related to the freezer/cooler area: comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow cold chain procedures; clean the area (windows, mirrors, display cases, and coolers); monitor fans, drains, and doors; and report issues to management.
• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, dispose of inferior products, pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers, and maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures; perform tasks promptly and with a positive attitude.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior experience with stocking and customer service is preferred.
• Strong commitment to member satisfaction, solution‑seeking, adaptability, and out‑of‑box thinking.
