Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, retail shrink and omni-channel sales, with a focus on prestige category.;
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions, events, and services.;
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.;
Book appointments for services and in-store events and support their execution to deliver guest experiences and sales goals.;
Maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment, staying informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
