Retail Territory Manager

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies and customer plans
• Manage and inspire full-time and part-time Merchandisers, including hiring, coaching, and performance development
• Ensure rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in stores
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers, secure incremental opportunities, and execute HQ programs
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver service
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with Full-Time Order Writers
• Design and execute store schedules to strengthen relationships and drive results
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• 3–5 years of selling experience, including a strong sales background and excellent understanding of business processes and systems
• Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, and pulling
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
• Must be located within 40 miles of Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, or Bokeelia, Florida
• Ability to navigate retail systems and tools

Demonstrates expertise in delivering sales targets through effective retail selling methodologies and customer engagement. Proven ability to manage and develop teams while executing merchandising programs and data-driven sales strategies.
